The terms you agree to when you book or buy from Yoga with Kate Amber.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to everyone who books a session, joins a class or programme, or buys from Yoga with Kate Amber.
Where a booking or payment is completed on a booking platform or store, that platform's terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
The nature of the work
Yoga with Kate Amber provides instruction, coaching and related services. They support general wellbeing and are not medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
If you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant, please take advice before taking part and tell your instructor before the session begins.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is taken or a place is reserved in writing. Prices are those shown at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are covered by the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
Work at your own pace and within your own limits, follow instructions given during a session, and stop if something does not feel right.
Conduct
Everyone is entitled to a safe, respectful space. Behaviour that makes that impossible may end a booking without refund.
Materials
Course material, recordings and written guides remain the property of Yoga with Kate Amber and are for your own use.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
